I’m spending this week at New Look HQ assisting the buyer who’s in charge of dresses.
First thing I always stress about is my bag!! Have I got everything I might need?
Notepad and pens – you never know when you might need to take notes or to do lists.
aquaphor balm – when battling with office heating this keeps my lips soft and moisturised.
bed head hairspray – simply unbeatable
umbrella – it’s England after all!
I opted for smart casual and was very thankful I didn’t go uber smart as most of the girls in the office were pretty laid back. Some wore converse and a tee, others had gone all out in whopping heels! Quite a diverse office.

Long time no post! Sorry for the lack of sharing recently. Due to dull grey skies and rainy days I’ve been uninspired to go out and take pictures. This is an outfit snap that was taken a few months ago on the weekend of my sisters graduation.
Everything is so mesmerising when its covered in white! The snowy weather we’ve had lately has been perfect for this coat I picked up from a charity shop recently. It has a cruella deville feel about it that makes me feel like I’ve walked off a 1950’s film set.

Cannot wait to go see this! An exhibition celebrating the life and work of Valentino. It’s been divided into three sections. Kick starting it all off with photographs summarising Valentino’s world from his personal archive. Next the tables are turned, you take to the catwalk to view an incredible one hundred and thirty Valentino haute couture designs. Then for the grand finale its all wrapped up with the hand stitched stunning wedding dress of Princess Marie Chantal of Greece.
The Kenzo shirt is an eye catching piece that I found in a thrift store in Saffron Walden. I was extremely hesitant to buy it because its such a bizarre print but one that has grown on me each time I wear it. I love the story behind the label, that Kenzo Takada’s interest in fashion came from reading his sisters magazines! He then went against his parents wishes and was the first male to attend Bunka Fashion College. In brief … what a legend.
